In this workshop participants will gain academic knowledge along with practical application foundational to the understanding, prevention, and treatment of common ailments through the understanding of plant science as well as further knowledge of how to use these traditional plants to keep the traditional art of wellness and prevention alive. This includes issues found throughout the many stages and courses of one’s life, particularly the childbearing years.

The makings of a newborn milk bathe.

In this class, you will learn how to make your own medicines, forages for your own plants and begin to take ownership over your own wellness. Together we will navigate the science and art of herbal medicines and how to build our own medicine garden and cabinet.
