This live session will take place via Zoom, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home while still gaining valuable skills in real-time. Supplies Needed:
Katie loves it when you bring your own supplies, whatever they may be, so the class can review and discuss the use of various instruments. Likewise she likes to see various sutures material and tear size so that too can be reviewed. If you do not already have suture equipment on hand then consider the following:
-2 hemostats or 2 needle drivers
-1 pick up
-1 suture scissor
-2.0 vicryl with 36mm taper
Everyone is asked to provide a piece of meat as suture material. You may consider chicken breast, thicker cut of steak or pork
